The park of printing equipment was replenished. ML GROUP finished installation and adjustment of the printing machine MPS-340.
The path from purchase to launch on the production site was not easy - the existing sanctions impose additional costs, and this does not only concern finances. The whole process took about four months, from evaluation to unloading at the production site.
The project took place in three phases:
Phase One. Evaluation and testing of the printing machine at the vendor's facility. During the tests, the machine showed good condition and excellent printing performance.
The second stage in ML GROUP is labeled as the most difficult. Firstly, the difficulty is related to the possibility of payment - after SWIFT was disconnected, it was necessary to find alternative ways to make payments. And secondly, the printing machine is a very large and capricious to transportation cargo, so there were difficulties with packing the printing machine at the seller's site. However, all payments were made, packaging was agreed with the local organization, the machine itself was disassembled and brought to the Tula region, where the platina production is located.
Installation and start of production. Here the work was much faster, as all the preparatory stages were carried out: relocation of the equipment, connection of the necessary communications for the new MPS-340 and preparation of the installation site. After unloading, the machine was immediately partially installed on site. A short time later, together with an adjuster from Ogard and RMU, the press was assembled, started up and tested.
